Agreement

Mental Laboratory is operated by Owami Dayi, an individual seller trading as Mental Laboratory. By creating an account or using Mental Laboratory you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

Membership and billing

New members receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, membership continues at $6 (USD) per month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringing others' intellectual property, and no interfering with the security or operation of the site (including malware, probing or scraping). We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms.

The course material

All lessons, practices and prompts are the intellectual property of Mental Laboratory. You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, resell, republish or teach them commercially without written permission.

Your writing

Your journal entries belong to you. We store them so you can read them across your cycles, and we do not sell them or publish them.

Not professional advice

Mental Laboratory is educational self-development material and is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your own health and life.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we may occasionally need to pause it for maintenance or changes.

Changes

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be communicated to members by email or in the app.
