What this course is

Mental Laboratory is a 30-day operational training manual for work execution. It teaches two practical working states — the Forge (heavy execution) and the Current (high flow) — through drills, output targets and debriefs you run during your own workday.

What this course is not

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic advice, and it is not career, legal or financial advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is never a substitute for a qualified professional.

No guaranteed results

The manual describes methods, drills and standards. It makes no promise of any specific output, promotion, income or result. What you get out of it depends entirely on the work you put in and on circumstances outside our control.

Work at a sustainable intensity

Some drills ask you to push through resistance and work under load. Hard work is not the same as harm. Do not use this manual to override sleep, health, medication, recovery or medical guidance. Back off, rest, or skip a drill whenever you need to — nothing here is compulsory.

If you are struggling

Burnout, exhaustion and distress are real. If you are in crisis, or at risk of harming yourself or anyone else, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on this course in an emergency.

Your workplace comes first

Apply the drills within your employer's rules, contracts, confidentiality obligations and safety requirements. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your own work, health and life.
