How does the course work?

Thirty daily lessons across four weeks, each anchored in the two entities of mind — the Forge (Spark and Stone) and the Current (Tide and Sky). Every day gives you a short reading, a practice and reflection prompts you write directly into the site.

Why should I complete the 30 days 3 times?

Because a first reading teaches you the language, a second turns it into habit, and a third makes it yours. The journey is built as three cycles — Discover, Deepen and Master — and your reflections from earlier cycles appear beside the new ones so you can see how you've changed.

Do I have to do a lesson every day?

No. The course waits for you. Your place, your ticks and your journal stay exactly as you left them.

What happens after the free trial?

Your first 7 days are free. After that membership continues at $6 (USD) per month and you can cancel at any time. Your journal stays saved either way.

Is this therapy?

No. Mental Laboratory is educational self-development material. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
