What we collect

• Your email address and the display name you choose.
• Your course progress: which days you have marked complete, in which cycle.
• The reflections you write in your journal.
• Membership status, trial dates and billing status.

Why we hold it

To give you an account, to show your progress across the three cycles, to keep your journal available to you, and to manage your membership.

Your journal

Your entries are private to your account. They are protected by per-user access rules so that no other member can read them. We do not sell them, publish them or use them for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only where necessary, with:

• The service providers needed to run the site — hosting, database and support tooling.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who processes your payment, manages your subscription and handles tax compliance and invoicing when you buy a membership.
• Professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and per-user access rules on every record.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your profile, progress and journal.

Your rights
